WHEEE xD today was a fun fun fun dayyy! :DDD
went out with Clarence and Sheen to watch the AMAZING sky crawlers, daiso! <3 and the japanese media festival :P
at the JMF place, we needed tickets to enter, but since our schools subsidised the fee for us, its free admission! :DDD except for Anglican High >< poor sheen had to pay 75cents(actual price was $1.50 but there was a discount of 50%) xD
wheee xD the world's cutest pencil case is miiine <333 and it can't be bought with S$!!! :DDD (the person who bought me this must be glowering xD)
the JMF exhibition was reaaally interesting!:D went to see alot of their artworks, like contemporary art using sticks and imaginary lines and stuff.

there was a section on manga appreciation(its on some gruesome violent manga called vagabond and gundam dunno what and nodame cantabile! :DDD)

VAGABOND xD the most unreadable manga i've seen :P cos everything's blood and rain.

this has got to be the most gorgeous contemporary art i've ever seen :3 it doesn't really look nice from my phone camera's point of view. Click on the picture if you may, cos the zoomed-in one will be alot nicer xD its a lot of random places stuffed together to look like an animal :P
i was really inspired by the clay model(its clay but it looks like wood xD) of some japanese god, where the artist merged machine with human skin. its a little like spirited away's monsters, it has a spanish cross! then the nice staff explained about olden japanese weapons(i think he studied alot just to work there xD), i could tell he was into this genre xD he explained about how japanese used robot like humans for assasination(whooo xD so cool!), the macha girl wearing a kimono that could poison people, the umbrella gun that wasn't really a gun, but more of a syringe that could stab people supposedly accidentally, AND not leave evidence behind. there were apparantly many specimens used for making bullets that didn't leave evidence, like ice and meatballs(hahaha!) i think its belgium(?) umbrella gun xD then there was an exhibition on wii sports, i tried the boxing one xD but its tiring! and apparantly the opponent revives after every round -.- then there was a PSP game on perspective, its really cool because you're supposed to rotate the dimensions around until the blockage cannot be seen/the next storey's low enough for the person on the lower storey to jump up, but we got stuck! heheheh xD
i've got a feeling this'll be a looong post :P
then we went to ajisen ramen! for lunch! :D i forgot to eat breakfast so i was starving all the way there xD its the first time i tried crayfish ramen, mecha oishii yo!!! :DDD then there was this baby/toddler(i didn't see who it was) that wailed so loudly everyone was like >< hahaha! then there was a short excerp on CYT. actually, she started being strangely nice to me ever since mrs goh told her i won second in the japanese speech contest hmmm...ahhh. anyway i don't really care about that. i finally realised why her chinese was so lousy. there was once when the aircon man(hahaha!) came to repair the aircon in our classroom, then she was like "errr uncle 这个东西坏 liao". i think she's better in cantonese, thats why. after all, her...(sorry i can't reveal it here) xD sheen thinks she's a bimbo heheheh! i think she just sounds like one xD then we played shiritori! :DDD hahaha its fun :) then when clarence went to help us pay the bill, the cashier went "SORRY SIR, DO YOU HAVE YOUR UOB CARD?" hahaha! sheen and i were laughing like noone's business then clarence was giving the 0_0 look! xDDD you should so advertise for UOB, like the jackie chan visa card one xD then after our lunch, we went to the arcade and played DDR!!! hajimete nan dakedo, hontou ni tanoshikatta! i'm gonna play it the next time i visit an arcade!(IF i ever visit an arcade xD)
then we went to watch SKY CRAWLERS!!! :DDD its an awesome show for senior citizens like us xD its called sky crawlers because the show moves slooowly, then there are a bunch of random and emo people that keep squabbling and dying. and children that give birth to children. hahaha anyway you should so watch it xD clarence thought the girl in the show looked like fukuda mayuko, then i told him he was insulting fukuda mayuko xD then we were discussing how anorexic she was, when this show is going to end, how any show could be worse than this, hahaha seee its such an interesting show! you should so watch it! xD oh yeah, and there was this spastic advertisement in the cinema where there are a couple of goofy people dancing, then the first thought that came to my head was "hahaha reminds me of ismail!" then clarence and sheen started laughing xD
then we went to DAISO <333 and i finally bought a packet of wasabi! :D apparantly there are really cute stickers with hira characters on it, but no kana T.T hahaha then we headed home after that xD
ahhh, okay i'm leaving out the bloody scented mrt and the old woman who didn't bathe for 100 years and sat next to me, where i didn't want to offend her thus choosing to sit there until my bus stop arrived, or the group of china people in the mrt when i was going to city hall that didn't bathe either. what's with the no-bathing season! everyone's chocking up the air with their...scents xD
